## Description

Electronic Arts creates entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans worldwide. As a Technical Program Manager III on the Commerce & Identity team, you will lead complex technical programs and multi-workstream initiatives across multiple engineering, product, and operational teams.

You will translate strategic technology priorities into predictable, scalable execution, bringing clarity to ambiguous technical environments, aligning roadmaps across teams, and proactively mitigating cross-system dependencies and risks.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive complex programs from inception through delivery and post-launch stabilization

- Connect execution to strategy, ensuring engineering work aligns with broader business and technological outcomes

- Drive delivery predictability and alignment across teams

- Navigate ambiguity and mitigate risks, fostering sound decision-making and building open visibility

- Refine delivery methodologies and operational workflows to reduce friction and improve velocity

- Deliver clear, data-informed program updates and executive briefings

Qualifications and experience:

- 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in software development, technical operations, or systems engineering

- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives

- Solid understanding of modern software architecture, systems engineering, CI/CD, or technical operations

- Proven ability to proactively identify, track, and remediate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and technical blockers

- Strong capability to build alignment, resolve conflict, and influence outcomes across cross-organizational stakeholders

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
