## Description

We are seeking a Business Finance Senior Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. This is an individual contributor role within the Business Finance team, covering Product Control and Financial control functions. The successful candidate will report to the AVP/VP Business Finance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate reporting of periodic P&L, Risk, and Balance Sheet

- Provide daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers

- Investigate and resolve breakages in a timely manner

- Perform month-end close activities, including SAP journals and reconciliations

- Produce various MIS reports within agreed timelines

- Engage with CTB/SME to deliver change

- Review Standard Operating Procedures for relevance and effectiveness

Requirements:

- Qualified Finance professional (CA or MBA in Finance) with 5-7 years of experience in core finance and accounting

- Strong understanding of financial market products, such as Bonds, OTC, Loans, and Listed Derivatives

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and commercial acumen

- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good understanding of relevant DB systems and ability to work with financial data

- Experience with AI/Automation tools
