## Description

As a SAP QM Topic Lead, you will shape the strategic development of MHP's SAP-QM portfolio and drive innovative quality management solutions in the SAP environment. You will advise customers on complex transformation projects, design future-proof end-to-end quality processes, and establish best practices around SAP QM and SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic development and expansion of the SAP QM topic area

- Management of complex SAP QM and S/4HANA transformation programs

- Development of innovative consulting services, methods, and best practices

- Technical leadership, coaching, and targeted development of a SAP QM expert team

- Responsibility for business development, account development, and pre-sales activities

Requirements:

- Completed studies and at least 8 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on SAP Quality Management and SAP S/4HANA

- Expertise in SAP QM and comprehensive experience in designing and implementing quality management processes

- Passion for leading complex SAP transformation programs and technical leadership of teams

- Strategic mindset, pronounced ownership mentality, and sovereign appearance as a trusted advisor
