## Description

Corsair is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic design lead to join our creative team.

Our ideal candidate has an exceptional eye when it comes to product-focused content, proven video capture and photography skills. They should have exceptional lighting skills and be able to create gamer-focused scenes that feel as authentic as they are engaging.

You will work on a variety of creative projects and be responsible for shooting a variety of content. Your work will embody our brand and directly impact its perception, awareness, and generate interest in our products.

The role transcends the day-to-day creative work, emphasizing strategic thinking, brand stewardship, and organisational leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead gaming peripherals' creative team, overseeing the production of all imagery and video including product video, 3D animation, 3D renders, and photography for web pages and packaging, and other platforms.

- Effective team management, cross-departmental communication.

- Provide studio and graphic creative guidance and vision for gaming products.

- Manage several projects at once, sometimes under pressure, and often under tight deadlines.

- Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts and transform them into practical and compelling productions including prints, including digital assets for online/offline channels.

- Lead and participate in team brainstorms and other ideation sessions to drive innovation design solutions.

- Develop a strong design foundation, excellent storytelling abilities, and a good understanding of various designs to deliver cutting-edge visuals.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in related fields like Computer Graphics, Animation, or Fine Arts.

- Proficiency in design software, including Cinema 4D (C4D) and Octane Render.

- Experienced in 2D/3D assets, photoshoot and deep knowledge of film/video production.

- Organised and highly detail-oriented.

- Innovative design problem solver, capable of providing timely turn-around of projects and good creative instincts.

- Understand how to create realistic textures and set up lighting for a realistic 3D scene.

- An experienced leader that is adaptable and open to feedback.

- Adapt at conceptual thinking and possess the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives.

- A deep knowledge of brand development and the ability to maintain a brand's voice across various channels are essential.

- Team player, able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
