## Description

As a Program Management Ford Champ, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of vehicle programs across multiple functions, including Engineering, Studio, Manufacturing, and Suppliers. This role will play a key part in ensuring program alignment, tracking execution, and maintaining visibility of deliverables, timelines, and risks.

You will assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups. You will also monitor program performance and generate reports on progress and key metrics, identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

You will maintain accurate project documentation and records, participate in process improvement initiatives, and contribute ideas for optimization. You will also support development and maintenance of program timing plans using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Jira, and maintain and enhance the Jira-based Program Management system.

You will assist in preparation of executive presentations using PowerPoint, support business case development and cost tracking, and coordinate with Engineering, Studio, Suppliers, and Manufacturing teams. You will also assist in preparing for key meetings.

You will have the opportunity to work on a Jira-based Program Management operating system, helping to improve tracking, reporting, and overall execution efficiency.

If you are an active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Software, Industrial, Systems, etc.) with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to (or interest in) Jira, MS Project, structured data management, and dashboard reporting, this could be the ideal role for you.
