As a leading provider of language services and technical solutions, TransPerfect has achieved consistent year-on-year growth since its founding. With over 150 offices globally, we're looking for talented individuals to extend our team in Helsinki.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify new potential clients and business areas

- Develop and close business opportunities with the support of subject matter experts and management

- Build new client relationships through proactive outreach, trade shows, and events

- Inform and educate clients on TransPerfect's solutions and service portfolio

- Support and manage client expectations with our client services and technology teams

- Manage pricing and contractual topics according to TransPerfect's established processes

- Get to know clients' industries, business requirements, and company culture to recommend relevant solutions

- Contribute to the development of TransPerfect's offering over time

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of sales experience

- Persistence and entrepreneurial spirit

- Result-oriented mindset and willingness to develop and challenge yourself

- Creativity in finding the right ways to reach prospects and drive results

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Good communication skills in Finnish and English; other European languages a plus

- Knowledge of MS-Office, CRM solutions, and prospecting tools

- Ability to work full-time from our Helsinki office and availability to travel
