## Description

Leidos seeks an Industrial Energy Advisor to market and support energy-efficiency programs promoting energy efficiency projects at large industrial facilities near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This role offers a unique career opportunity for dynamic individuals with excellent outreach, sales, communication, and organizational skills to sell leading-edge energy efficiency projects within a creative team environment.

The Energy Advisor will:

- Identify efficiency opportunities and calculate energy savings

- Maintain customer relationships and deliver presentations

- Work closely with facility managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and energy engineers to encourage energy efficiency practices

Requirements:

- Basic general knowledge of building systems, industrial systems, construction practices, and/or the energy efficiency industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and self-starting abilities

- Valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification

- Experience working directly for an industrial manufacturer is preferred

Education/Experience:

- Four-year technical degree (engineering degree preferred)

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial manufacturing environments and energy management

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.
