## Description

We are seeking a qualified Nutritionist to join our team in Nara, Mali. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and supervision to our nutrition programmes, including community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) and preventive activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the RND and DS teams to plan, implement, and monitor PCIMA activities

- Plan joint supervisions, training sessions, and follow-up activities with the RND

- Participate in data validation meetings and share results, challenges, and corrective actions

- Alert the RND and Nutrition Specialist to any major difficulties affecting the quality or continuity of care

- Implement preventive activities, including community-based screening and referral

- Identify and support focal points in each beneficiary village

- Train and facilitate training for community health workers and focal points on malnutrition screening and referral

- Ensure regular monitoring of screening quality and coverage

- Provide technical support for the implementation of national and simplified protocols in health facilities

- Monitor and analyse performance indicators with health personnel

- Organize and conduct joint formative supervisions with the RND

- Control the quality of patient records and ensure adherence to protocols and procedures

- Identify capacity-building needs for nutrition staff and community health workers

- Plan and organize training sessions and coaching for nutrition staff

- Provide close supervision and support to nutrition staff

- Collect and verify data on training, screening, and admission

- Ensure regular and timely data entry into the CAMAM toolkit

- Analyse data and share findings with the RND and teams

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Bac+2 degree in nutrition, public health, or a related field

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in community nutrition and/or CMAM

- Proven experience in implementing CMAM and simplified protocols

- Knowledge of data management tools (CAMAM toolkit, CommCare)

- Good French language skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
