## Description

We're looking for an Area Vice President of Enterprise Accounts to join our high-performing Sales and Account Executive team. You'll lead a team of Account Executives to grow and maintain the nCino enterprise bank client base.

Responsibilities:

- Attract, hire, and onboard top talent to support nCino's growth

- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed individual goals

- Build and maintain key customer executive relationships and develop strategies to expand nCino's footprint

- Understand target market business needs and articulate the nCino value proposition at the executive level

- Ensure team maintains business process excellence, accurate forecasting, and pipeline tracking

- Coach Account Executives during complex sales cycles and work with global system integration partners

- Partner with the Customer Success team to drive product adoption and business value realization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying B2B software or solution sales

- 3+ years of management experience

- Account planning and execution skills

- Demonstrated ability to align with executive decision makers and sell to the C-suite

- Banking domain expertise

- Flexible problem-solver with strong listening and communication skills

Travel: Frequent travel within the United States may be required.

The base salary range for this job is: $121,100-$224,000 USD
