## Description

In Accenture's Industry & Enterprise team, you will work with C-suite executives, leaders and boards of top organisations, helping them transform their enterprises to drive growth, enhance competitiveness and improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agendas

- Co-create solutions to complex challenges and develop implementation roadmaps

- Define inputs for business cases and cost estimates, and work with delivery teams to maximise client value

- Mobilise teams and set up effective delivery structures

- Support global and market-level sales and drive adoption of modern tech solutions

- Articulate a compelling business and technology vision, highlighting industry and functional expertise

- Identify and prioritise value creation opportunities through detailed assessments and analysis

- Drive strategic opportunities by incorporating innovative business and technology solutions

- Support the creation of thought leadership assets that present market-relevant business and technology strategies

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

- University degree from a reputable university, MBA preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with insurance clients or companies, with experience in large-scale system integration/data migration projects preferred

- Knowledge of insurance front-office/products/process and insurance core systems

- Experience in project management (Waterfall/Agile Scrum)

- End-to-end insurance or retirement process and operating model design experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences

- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
