## Description

We are seeking a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Village Bede in Bedworth. As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will work alongside the Head of Domiciliary Care in supporting with administrative and hands-on care duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Team Player: Collaborate with the Head of Domiciliary Care and other team members

- Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly

- Communication Skills: Effective and polite communication with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion

- CQC Regulations: Knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards is required

- IT Literacy: Comfort with using technology and software

**Requirements:**

- At least 12 months' experience working in a care or dementia care setting

- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- Genuinely passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

- Excellent listener with a positive attitude, confident communicating with residents, families, and colleagues

- Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality at all times
