## Description

As Director, Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum by identifying and pursuing new business.

You’ll focus your time on market origination while also supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach

- Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses

- Building robust relationships with both customers and business partners

- Championing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving

- Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for our valued SME customers

You'll likely bring:

- A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields

- Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis

- A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers

- Collaborative team player with a curious mindset
