## Description

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the beverage program and bar team at Ludlow House, ensuring optimal staff and guest experience and budget achievement.

The successful candidate will promote and grow bar standards, hire and train bar staff, and ensure members and guests receive top-quality drinks and service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the ongoing betterment of the beverage program

- Maintaining and improving beverage cost KPIs

- Ensuring quality control and consistency throughout menu creation and process compliance

- Managing inventory, planning promotional events, and maintaining current licenses and vendor contracts

- Creating schedules and setting business objectives to increase profits and maximise member/guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience supervising and managing a high-volume F&B operation

- Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation

- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills

- Proficient in MICROS (or similar POS), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
