## Description

At Morgan & Morgan, we're seeking a Wage and Hour Investigator to support our Employment Law Department.

As an Investigator, you will play a crucial role in helping us protect consumer rights.

Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned case load, conducting thorough research, creating roles, and drafting letters.

- Identify cases requiring consultation with case staff prior to sending opening letters.

- Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality.

- Order investigations with outside firms as needed.

- Communicate effectively with the Employment Law Investigations team, investigation firms, case staff, attorneys, and other firm members.

Qualifications:

- Experience with and/or knowledge of employment labor laws.

- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with minimal supervision.

- Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability.

- Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 40 wpm.
