## Description

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join NVIDIA's legal team in Israel as a Senior Corporate Counsel. This role will report to the Director of Legal Affairs and support NVIDIA's legal matters as the company continues its dynamic expansion in Israel and across its global businesses.

As a member of the legal team, you will have the opportunity to support a wide variety of legal related issues, be responsible for providing ongoing legal counsel to senior management and cross-functional teams, as well as partnering with the rest of the legal members across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing legal advice on ongoing legal matters and supporting different teams in Israel, including procurement, HR, finance, real estate, and site services.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements and license agreements.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, such as services agreements related to NVIDIA's facilities and supporting local expansion.

Requirements include:

- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial time at a major law firm and in-house experience supporting various technological and commercial transactions.

- Law degree from a top law school.

- Business fluency in English, both written and oral.

- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to negotiate positively and proactively.

- Robust project management skills with devotion to details and organization.

- Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player.

Preferred qualifications include:

- At least 3 years of pertinent in-house experience at a top semiconductor or high-tech company.

- Demonstrated experience in technology and commercial deals.

- Experience in intellectual property laws and licensing.

- Experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements.
