## Description

Reddit is seeking a talented sales leader to grow and develop its Mid-Market UK Sales team.

The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge from years of navigating the digital marketing ecosystem, has successfully built and delivered on a strong Mid-Market book of business, and can effectively coach, support, and motivate teams of sellers to succeed within ambiguity.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define the playbook: Set the sales strategy and tactics for the UK market, implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market Services clients.

- Build a strong sales culture, leading the team to exceed established revenue targets and role model Challenger sales and sales rigor.

- Leverage industry knowledge and relationships with key decision-makers to support the team's sales efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

- Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches, marketing communications, and establish Reddit as a leader amongst challenger brands.

- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets.

- Represent Reddit in the UK market by speaking at key industry events.

- Lead on broader EMEA Mid-Market projects.

**Required Qualifications:**

- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales.

- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience.

- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships.

- Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders.

- Expertise in showcasing industry-wide leadership ability.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Demonstrated career progression in prior roles.
