## Description

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to play a crucial role in our fast-paced environment. You will coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews

- Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics promptly and accurately

- Represent and facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers

- Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

- Ensure data integrity by updating candidate records in Greenhouse

- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills or Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage multiple projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities

- Team player with a high sense of urgency

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 USD.
