## Description

As an API Integration Support Engineer at Wise, you will be part of a global team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and reliability for our partners' technical integrations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing multi-channel support to enterprise API customers via email, chat, phone, and video conferencing to resolve critical issues in real-time.

- Developing deep expertise in Wise API and SWIFT products, independently testing and debugging REST APIs, interpreting system logs, and querying databases to trace issues.

- Acting as the first responder during major technical incidents, navigating high-severity escalations while coordinating with global engineering and commercial teams.

- Capturing trends in partner issues and feeding this data back to product and engineering teams to drive proactive platform improvements.

- Collaborating with global teams to ensure Wise Platform partners have a seamless integration experience and industry-leading assistance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant technical support experience, including hands-on troubleshooting of REST APIs and supporting production systems. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web authentication methods, and API documentation is required. Experience with IDEs, version control tools, and log analysis tools is also beneficial.
