## Description

We are seeking a MedTech Sales professional to join our team in Hong Kong. As a MedTech Sales representative, you will be responsible for achieving MD&D product sales to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to increase the benefits derived from products and/or services.

- Collaborate on components of projects, programs, or processes for sales to healthcare professionals.

- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

- Perform simple trend analysis and collect customers' feedback on new products and/or existing portfolio to support continuous improvement efforts for the strategy.

- Provide input to sales forecast for business planning.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or above, Science or Engineering degree preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including weekends.

- 3+ years of sales experience in selling medical devices preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in surgery preferred.

- Proactive in carrying out tasks and driving sales results.

- Ambitious and passionate about supporting patients and customers in the field.
