## Description

Join NVIDIA's team as a software engineer intern and contribute to developing accelerated software libraries used globally. You will work on extending existing and building new libraries for AI and HPC applications, implementing image and data processing algorithms, defining APIs, analyzing performance, and finding solutions for numerical corner cases.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with team members to understand software use cases and requirements

- Research, analyze, and document state-of-the-art algorithms

- Develop algorithms for image and data compression and processing

- Analyze and improve performance of existing implementations

**Requirements:**

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field

- Programming skills in C/C++, Python

- Parallel or GPU programming experience (AVX, NEON, OpenMP, MPI, CUDA, or OpenCL)

- Experience with image coding or data compression algorithms

**Preferred qualifications:**

- Knowledge of image processing algorithms

- Performance analysis and test design skills

- Familiarity with floating-point arithmetic internals and numerical error analysis

NVIDIA offers a competitive internship pay based on position, location, year in school, degree, and experience. For Poland, the annual range is 117,750 PLN - 204,100 PLN, pro-rated for the duration of the internship.
