## Description

Logitech is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist (Contractor) to bring demand planning closer to internal cross-functional teams and business partners. The successful candidate will gather and analyze demand trends and signals, manage demand forecasts, and support S&OP processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Quickly integrate into the team to build relationships with key stakeholders

- Acquire, understand, and incorporate demand signals, channel data, and replenishment triggers into demand plans

- Establish and maintain SKU-level demand plans using analytical and statistical tools

- Monitor weekly sales progress and inventory levels, communicating proactively with related functions

- Support demand plan preparation, scenario planning, and inventory status updates

- Provide regular performance summaries and assist in root cause analysis

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Relevant experience in Demand Planning and S&OP processes

- Understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Operation Process

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to operate in uncertain environments

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable with a proactive attitude

- Proficient in Google Office Productivity Suites and enterprise planning systems

- Fluent English spoken and written
