## Description

The Data Center Technician will ensure overall availability and reliability of data center operations, performing hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis. This salaried role requires 100% onsite presence at one of our Data Center locations.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining data center operations to meet or exceed defined service levels Conducting hardware and network diagnostics and repairs Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures Training of internal teams Development of documentation Providing technical support to data center teams Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware Maintaining inventory Assembling and installing equipment Performing maintenance of test and tool equipment Occasional travel to other data centers as needed

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with computer hardware, Linux operating systems, and networking. They should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in elevated locations. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The company also provides a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
