## Description

We are seeking a Shift Lead - Food to join our team at Newry The Quays.

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the fill operation, delivering a salesfloor that is ready to trade, taking operational responsibility for coordinating resource to Serve, Sell and Fill.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation

- Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store

- Role modelling great Customer Service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers and sharing observations to help deliver high performance

- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required

The shift pattern for this role is:

- Sunday: 13:00-22:00

- Thursday: 19:15-23:00

- Friday: 19:00-23:00
