## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce Senior Architect Manager to lead the design and management of complex Salesforce solutions for customers. As a leader of leaders, you will be responsible for successfully delivering projects, driving Enterprise AI Architecture, and championing an AI-first delivery methodology.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables

- Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing and integrating scalable AI solutions

- Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions

- Champion an AI-first delivery methodology

- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects

- Follow and help define coding standards

- Manage the technical delivery of custom development and integrations

- Understand a project and debug issues

- Participate in technical landscape discovery and Proof-Of-Concept development

- Liaise with Salesforce product teams

- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite

- Understanding of systems architecture and key design patterns

- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns

- Knowledge of data integration tools

- Strong background in design and development of large web-based systems

- Lead a technical team and own customer and team engagement

- Travel to client sites for projects

- Maintain a target billable utilisation

- 14-18 years CRM experience with a minimum of 10 years on the Salesforce platform

- Maintain billable utilisation targets for your team

- Technical enablement of team members

- Working with global teams for delivery across geographies

- Active Salesforce certifications

- Leader of Leaders

- Experience building and growing a practice

- Managed a team of technical and solution implementors
