## Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Structures team in the UK, delivering high-quality analysis, design, and documentation for building structures projects.

### Responsibilities

#### Team Leadership

- Manage a team of structural engineers, technicians, and BIM professionals.

- Allocate resources and monitor workloads to ensure timely project delivery.

- Mentor team members to develop technical and leadership skills.

- Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans.

- Foster a collaborative team culture.

#### Project Delivery

- Deliver structural engineering projects meeting client requirements and quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, discipline leads, and design teams.

- Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with design codes and company procedures.

#### Technical Excellence

- Provide technical guidance on reinforced concrete, steel, composite, and foundation design.

- Review structural calculations, reports, drawings, and BIM models.

- Support innovation and digital engineering initiatives.

- Promote best practices in structural analysis and design.

#### Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary contact for the UK Structure team.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Participate in project reviews and client meetings.

- Support business development and capability presentations.

#### Capability Development

- Develop GCC capability in building structures, including steel and high-rise building design.

- Identify training needs and implement learning programs.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.

- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

- 15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project delivery.

- Experience leading engineering teams in a GCC or consultancy environment.

- Strong knowledge of international design codes.

- Chartered Engineer status preferred.

### Technical Skills

- Structural analysis and design of concrete and steel buildings.

- Experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, Tekla Structural Designer, Robot Structural Analysis, and Revit.

- Understanding of BIM workflows.
