## Description

We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice/ Sewer Tech to join our team in White Lake, MI. As a Plumbing Apprentice/ Sewer Tech, you will be responsible for:

- Performing physical labor throughout the workday, including digging, shoveling, moving pipe, stone, dirt, and materials

- Learning underground sewer and water-line installation

- Developing a basic understanding of hand tools and power tools

- Assisting with excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and restoration

- Learning to properly grade and slope sewer lines

- Working safely around mini excavators, skid steers, compactors, and other equipment

- Understanding the importance of trench safety and utility locating

- Working in crawl spaces, trenches, basements, and difficult conditions

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have 1+ year of construction, plumbing, excavation, landscaping, or related experience

- Be willing to learn and take pride in quality work and attention to detail

- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

- Work safely and follow established processes

- Take ownership, solve problems, and be willing to keep learning
