## Description

Palantir is seeking an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional team responsible for programs, experiences, and operations that support Palantir's people and culture.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of internal events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale company-wide programming, and contribute to the broader People Experience operation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Primary operational owner of global internal events, from vision-setting and budget allocation to vendor management and on-the-ground execution

- Designing events and programming that build genuine community and connection across Palantir's people, while reinforcing the company's mission and values

- Contributing to various operational workflows across the People Experience team

- Occasional facilitation of new hire and intern onboarding

- Working directly with external vendors and internal teams to manage event logistics

- Identifying and onboarding new vendors and tools to expand the team's capabilities

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to be onsite 4-5 days per week when facilitating new hire onboarding or executing internal events

- Willingness to travel between global offices, up to 25% of the time

In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 - $103,000 per year, with additional benefits including Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
