## Description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to join our team at our plant in Kruiningen.

As a CI Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement projects to improve process efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

- Experience in process improvement and project management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
