Join Intermountain Health as an Endocrinology Physician in Cedar City, Utah. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and excellent patient experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- See a variety of endocrinology patients in the outpatient clinic setting

- Practice at Cedar City Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic serving multiple counties in the surrounding area

- Work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible options available

**Requirements:**

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

- Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine

- Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology

- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
