## Description

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in Munich. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies for an upcoming product launch in the IAI therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for the product launch

- Plan and execute commercial launch activities

- Develop and manage integrated omnichannel campaigns

- Analyze market, competitor, and customer data

- Create marketing materials and digital assets

- Plan and execute congresses and events

- Lead cross-functional launch and marketing projects

- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams

- Manage budget planning, steering, and success measurement for marketing activities

Requirements:

- Completed studies in business administration, life sciences, or a related field

- Initial experiences in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management

- Knowledge of dermatology is beneficial

- Experience in omnichannel marketing is desirable

- Ideally, experience in planning medical congresses and events

- Strategic thinking combined with pronounced implementation competence

- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style

- Strong communication skills and excellent project management abilities

- Fluent German and English language skills
