## Description

Ferrari is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee regional marketing activities at a group of Ferrari dealers in a region. The successful candidate will ensure that dealer marketing strategies and tactics align with Ferrari's corporate vision and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing for and attending quarterly dealer visits with the Regional Manager and Aftersales Business Manager

- Serving as the manufacturer's lead marketing representative with assigned dealers

- Developing regional dealer marketing initiatives with corresponding KPIs

- Collaborating with Ferrari North America's sales and marketing teams to align dealer marketing plans with sales objectives

- Distributing major marketing communications to dealers and acting as an interface for questions and requests

- Overseeing coordination of sponsor partners with dealer and national events

- Managing the Ferrari Contact Plan/Concierge/Ferrari Support process and dealer responsibilities

- Maintaining the Ferrari Event Management Platform

- Ensuring targeted marketing investment and staffing levels are achieved

- Monitoring dealer activities for compliance with Ferrari guidelines

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the luxury or luxury automobile market. Strong communication and presentation skills, data-driven approach, and ability to interact with dealership management and clients are required.

The role involves leading dealers in developing targeted marketing plans, acting as a marketing consultant and advisor, integrating partner and co-marketing relationships, and facilitating best practices sharing across the dealer network.
