**The work** Neo's platform handles real financial transactions for real customers across banking, credit, lending, and rewards. The engineering problems span distributed systems, real-time data, payments infrastructure, fraud, and compliance.

**What raises your profile with us** You've built and scaled systems that handle meaningful transaction volume or data throughput. You've worked in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry where correctness isn't optional.
