## Description

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to represent Red Bull in the South Zone of Bogotá. As a Musketeer, you will be responsible for generating trust with customers, ensuring the availability and visibility of Red Bull products at the point of sale, and driving continuous growth in sales volume.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and values, building relationships with influential contacts and demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand

- Communicate effectively with clients, transferring knowledge of the On Premise channel and Red Bull culture

- Develop and execute event activations, negotiating opportunities to implement creative elements that enhance the Red Bull brand image

- Manage and develop accounts in the assigned territory, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth

- Ensure high standards of execution, including Perfect Serve, Perfect Visibility, Consumption Activation, Right Price, and Menu Placements

- Collaborate with the sales force of local distributors to achieve adequate numerical distribution

- Conduct market research, reporting on competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities

**Requirements:**

- University degree

- Preferably 2+ years of commercial experience with a solid track record of results

- Extensive knowledge of the local market, nightlife, and On Premise environment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic knowledge of commercial mathematics

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate level of English

- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
