As a Median Insurance Expert in IDF-East, you will be responsible for technical and financial analysis of insurance claims related to individual, property, or collective risks. Your daily tasks will include:

- Being the preferred contact point for insured parties, companies, and intermediaries

- Coordinating expert assessments with the support of a dedicated assistant

- Evaluating damages and writing structured and clear reports

- Managing your files with rigor, autonomy, and transparency

- Playing a key role in supporting insured parties, providing them with listening skills, pedagogy, and expertise at each stage of the claim

- Handling high-stakes cases (> 30K€)

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- At least 3 years of experience in insurance expertise, preferably in construction or insurance

- Strong relational skills, customer focus, and priority management

- A commitment to delivering high-quality service, combining methodological rigor and agility

- TEA (Technical Expertise Assessment) certification or willingness to undergo training
