## Description

We are seeking a full-time Night Receptionist (M/F) at the Mercure Paris Orly Tech hotel, located in the heart of the Orly district.

As a Night Receptionist, you will contribute to providing a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for each guest from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome, adhering to the establishment's quality standards.

- Perform check-in and check-out procedures and administrative operations on OPERA CLOUD.

- Accompany guests throughout their stay and ensure their well-being.

- Personalize customer relationships to contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor stays and transmit important information to teams and hotel services.

- Verify guarantees and ensure necessary administrative follow-up.

- Collaborate closely with various services: floors, technical, catering, etc.

- Respond to phone calls and handle reservation requests.

- Address customer requests and complaints with reactivity and professionalism, and follow up.

- Participate in projects assigned by management.

- Apply procedures and standards defined by the brand and establishment.

Qualifications:

- You are primarily a smiling, dynamic, and customer-oriented person.

- Ideally, you have previous successful experience in reception or the hospitality sector.

- Good mastery of English, both spoken and written.

- Knowledge of OPERA CLOUD and RESAWEB is appreciated.

Additional Information:

- Full-time CDI contract – 39 hours per week.

- Night bonus (€170 for a complete month).
