## Description

The Senior GTM Insights Analyst is a strategic and analytical role at Gusto, partnering with GTM leadership to shape business strategy and provide insights.

You will own the analytics infrastructure and serve as a connector between Finance, GTM Operations, and Product/Growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategy & Business Partnership: Partner with GTM leadership to shape business strategy and translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis.

- Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain the core analytics and reporting infrastructure for the GTM org.

- Translation & Executive Communication: Translate business decisions into clear positioning and narrative for the Head of GTM and the broader GTM org.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Finance, Product, Growth, and every GTM lead.

Requirements include:

- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a strategy/analytics function within a SaaS or subscription business.

- Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to senior GTM leadership.

- Deep fluency in building and owning analytics and reporting infrastructure end-to-end.

- Track record of translating complex, cross-functional inputs into clear executive narrative and recommendations.

- Experience partnering across Finance, Product, and GTM Ops.

- Strong analytical foundation and AI fluency.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 - $185,000 per year depending on location.
