## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital - Outpatient Rehabilitation.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in management of administrative functions and may cover in the department leader's absence. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating staffing and participating in clinical teaching to ensure patient needs are met

- Serving as a contact for patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient schedules and treatment programs

- Gathering and interpreting data from medical records, patients, and families

- Assisting leadership in planning and implementing new treatment programs

- Submitting written justifications for capital equipment purchases

- Providing evaluations, identifying patient requirements, and ensuring age-specific needs are met

- Monitoring patient progress and modifying goals and treatment as needed

- Ensuring staff provides patient and family education

## Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25 per hour

## Schedule: M-F, rotating weekends, half-day commitment every 5th Saturday or Sunday

## Hours Per Week: 40
