## Description

Lammas Lodge is seeking a Support Worker to join their team in Herefordshire.

The lodge provides residential support for seven adult males on the autism spectrum in a semi-rural location near Hereford.

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of residents, helping them achieve positive outcomes and live independently.

## Key Responsibilities

You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
