## Description

The Customer Experience Renewal Manager (RM) role is a highly visible, strategic position to empower key customers to continue to transform their business and meet their objectives through Cisco solutions.

You will be accountable for owning and implementing a portfolio of renewal contracts of Cisco products and services across an assigned customer account. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building an understanding of customer and partner procurement processes

- Gaining knowledge of Cisco's technology and what differentiates their products from competitors

- Conducting process management and financial assessments to support renewals process

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 5+ years of technology sales or enterprise renewal experience

- A proven track record in managing end-to-end renewal cycles, including upselling and driving timely contract closures for assigned accounts

- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing Services and Software contract renewals

- Strong analytical capability in managing large installed base data

- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding renewal rate targets and bookings quotas

- Fluency in English and Dutch

Preferred qualifications include:

- French language skills

- Ability to analyse data and financial reports to propose, identify and upsell renewals

- Familiarity with recurring revenue renewal cycles

- Experience with CRM tools such as SFDC

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multiple accounts and deadlines

- Diligence with strong follow-up practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
