The Spinney, located in Bamber Bridge near Preston, has an opportunity for a full-time Support Worker. The role involves supporting three adult males and females, including those with autism and learning disabilities, in their daily lives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personalized support to residents, ensuring their needs are met

- Assisting with daily living tasks and activities

- Updating care plans and records

- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have:

- A caring and respectful approach

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential
