## Description

We are seeking a Senior Bridge Inspector to join our team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. As a Senior Bridge Inspector, you will undertake principal, general, and special inspections of bridges and other highways structures across the region. You will use your experience to provide technical input to projects, project briefs, and proposals, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Welfare, and CDM responsibilities.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team of approximately 75 people, working across multi-asset teams to deliver projects, including major projects and strategic planning for the client. The successful candidate will have experience of undertaking Principal Inspection, General Inspections, and Special Inspections of Bridges and other Highway Structures to DMRB and the Inspection Manual for Highway Structures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Undertaking inspections of bridges and highway structures

- Providing technical input to project briefs, proposals, and deliverables

- Working independently and as part of a team to deliver bridge maintenance designs

- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare and CDM responsibilities

- Contributing to technical excellence and innovation within the team

- Taking responsibility for own personal development and developing others
