## Description

We are seeking a Teknikansvarig inom geoteknik to join our team in Goteborg, Sweden.

As a Teknikansvarig within our geotechnical department, you will play a central role in the development of our geotechnical business. You will primarily work with driving and leading projects, both pure geotechnical assignments and large multidisciplinary projects through technical responsibility.

You will collaborate with other geotechnical engineers, road project managers, bridge constructors, building constructors, and environmental consultants.

In addition to everyday project work, we also work with internal development within technical solutions, sustainability issues, and international collaborations. We value customer contact and there are opportunities to work with both sales and marketing.

You will support junior colleagues while receiving support from more senior colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Drive and lead projects

- Collaborate with colleagues and customers

- Work with internal development within technical solutions, sustainability issues, and international collaborations

- Support junior colleagues

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and foundation work

- Master's degree in geotechnical engineering or equivalent academic education

- Experience working structured, thorough, and quality-conscious

- Strong interest in problem-solving

- Ability to cooperate with colleagues and customers

- Fluent communication in Swedish, both written and spoken
