## Description

We are seeking a Group Lead, Clinical Systems to join our team in Chennai. As a Group Lead, you will provide oversight on Robotic Process Automation/system integrations/Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning projects. You will ensure study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to direct reports ensuring performance, goal and adequate utilisation

- Ensure project teams are consistent with client needs, expectations and contractual obligations

- Review project tasks and timelines and work with the extended project team to ensure activities are executed in a high-quality timely manner

- Provide technical support to delivery teams

- Coach and Mentor Staff

- Good people management skills including coaching, interviewing and providing feedback and recognition

- Provides expertise on clinical systems development, and escalation support for issue resolution and contingency planning

- Typically leads single function of entry level professional employees

- Travel (approximately 10 %) domestic and/or international, when or if required.
