## Description

Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Ridley Park, PA, to lead the training and sustainment portion of the contract for the MH-139 Grey Wolf Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for execution and performance of several BGS efforts, including Product Support, Maintenance Operations, Training Systems, and the Digital Portions of the programme.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform program management activities in accordance with accepted project management industry standards and internal PMBP guidance

- Execute integrated organisational plans, policies, and procedures, and guide the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives

- Integrate cross-functional teams, and lead process improvements

- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

- Actively manage financial performance, earned value management, cash, and new proposal opportunities

- Brief senior management, customers, and stakeholders on program performance

- Shape and execute long-term strategic direction on growth opportunities

- Ensure contractual compliance, baseline execution within budget and schedule

- Ownership of customer relationship with the USAF Program Leadership to ensure partnership is being developed and maintained

**Requirements:**

- Program/Project Management experience

- Experience with defence programs

- Ability to travel 25% of the time

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Rotary wing/helicopter platform experience

- EVM Earned Value Management

- Maintenance and logistics sustainment experience

- Program Management skills of metric milestone, critical path, and RIO

- PMP Certification

- Training program familiarity (courseware, instructional system design)
