## Description

We are seeking an intern to support the day-to-day activities of the Group Legal team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct general legal research

- Draft standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements and intra-group settlement arrangements

- Keep the Group Legal team updated on legal and regulatory developments

- Support specific projects and initiatives

- Perform other tasks assigned by legal counsel

Requirements:

- Undergraduate with relevant studies

- Good English writing skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and other technology

- Keen to learn and passionate about the legal function
