## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Brown Deer, Wisconsin.

As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program

- Current or pending state licensure

- BLS certification

- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset

- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

- Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
