## Description

We are seeking a Monetization Director to lead the definition of a long-term monetization strategy that aligns with the game's core values and creates an optimal experience for players.

As a Monetization Director, you will be responsible for:

- Defining a sustainable monetization strategy that aligns with the game's vision

- Collaborating with the production team to prioritize monetization opportunities based on key performance indicators

- Promoting a global monetization strategy that aims to improve retention and increase revenue while respecting the player experience

- Managing the in-game virtual store, including catalog and pricing strategy for microtransactions

- Collaborating with operations teams to maximize post-launch promotions

- Analyzing the impact of changes on the game and identifying opportunities for positive monetization effects

- Collaborating with the production team to ensure products meet monetization strategy and timelines

- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, analyzing KPI reports, and communicating insights to production teams

- Staying up-to-date with trends to identify best practices and achieve optimal results while innovating

- Ensuring compliance with Ubisoft's monetization standards and practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A university degree in business, economics, or a related field

- Seven or more years of experience in managing commercial activities for a digital company or a related field

- Excellent understanding of acquisition, retention, and monetization concepts

- Pragmatic and curious mindset

- Attention to detail

- Excellent understanding of the video game market and its consumers

- Ability to develop and maintain organizational relationships

- Strong planning and organization skills

- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills

- Motivation to work in a constantly evolving industry
