## Description

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to support our partner relationships in the healthcare sector.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our partners in the healthcare industry, from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

Your tasks:

- Be the central point of contact for our potential and existing partners in the healthcare industry – by phone, email, or digitally via our portal.

- Acquire new service providers for existing care contracts and identify potential with existing contacts.

- Coordinate inquiries, prepare documents, and reliably follow up on processes.

- Support partners with onboarding and answer questions about processes and billing.

- Maintain data in our systems and ensure structured and transparent documentation.

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in on-site appointments or events as needed.

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.

- Ideally, initial experience in customer contact, sales, or service.

- Enjoy communicating with people and have friendly, binding communication skills.

- Service-oriented and good understanding of different contacts.

- Structured, reliable work style and organisational skills.

- Interest in topics related to healthcare and digital processes.

- Safe handling of MS Office.

- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
