As a Grants Specialist at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

**Responsibilities**

You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the grant application process from start to finish.

- Researching and identifying grant opportunities that align with our organisation's mission and values.

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.

- Ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines.

- Tracking and reporting on grant activities and outcomes.

**Your Profile**

You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration).

- Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
