## Description

We are seeking a Success Service Manager Graduate to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager Graduate, you will be a designated advocate within HPE for post-sales account support coordination. You will work closely with customers and multiple organizations within HPE to ensure effective implementation of HPE Customer Support, expediting resolution for critical customer issues, and effectively managing both technical and non-technical customer escalations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead regularly scheduled conference calls to discuss the status of all current open cases and updates on customer network plans

- Build a solid understanding of how HPE products are utilized by the customer and use this to effectively communicate with the customer and drive issues within HPE

- Manage customer operations and account escalation

Qualifications:

- Experience in supporting Service Provider or Enterprise networks (Cloud Provider/hyper-scaler a plus)

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

- Broad knowledge in one or more technical subject areas, such as core & edge routing, switching technologies, datacenter environments, network management

- Basic understanding of Customer Success principles

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Flexibility to travel up to 15%

Preferred Skills:

- PMP, PRINCE, or project management experience

- ITIL certification
